Internationally recognized solar artist Peter Erskine, Creator of 100 Libraries - Healing Rainbow Light for Oregonians, will be in Douglas County in person September 2, 2026, celebrating three site-specific solar art installations that he donated to the Sutherlin, Oakland and Elkton Libraries.
